​Come and meet the Chef/C0-Owner of "La Botanica" one of San Antonio's truly innovative chefs who has revolutionized the way we both eat and think about our food.  She will be cooking up something wonderful using the Herb of the Year.  Come early to insure a good seat, so that you may sample a tiny perfect taste of her creative recipes...


Her philosophy on using creative, healthy and fresh ingredients in her menus is summed up in her own words:


"Given our incredible history and culture here in Tejas, our food embodies the rich traditions of TexMex, Gulf Coast, New Mexican and Mexican cuisine. Our food and drinks have been designed around accessible and seasonal ingredients. But more than an eatery, La Botanica aims to be a gathering place for an eclectic beloved community. Edible gardens in our sizable wrap-around yard supply fresh veggies and herbs for our kitchen, serving as an accessible laboratory for those wanting to learn to grow their own food."
